Get to Work, Inc. d/b/a Plain Sight ("Plain Sight" or “we”, “us”, or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Statement, together with all related/linked information, documents, and the Terms of Use, addresses how we handle the personal information collected and shared with us through use of the Plain Sight application (the "Application") or when you visit our website https://www.plainsight.app/ (the "Site") (together, the “Services”). Please read this Privacy Statement carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to download or install the Application or use our Services. By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement may change from time to time (see Changes to our Privacy Statement). Your continued use of our Services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Statement periodically for updates.

This Privacy Statement only addresses the personal information we obtain from and regarding individuals interacting with our Services.
Information Collected
Information You Provide to Us. During your use of our Services, Plain Sight collects information about you. This information is collected directly from you when you provide it to us or automatically as you use our Services. This information includes, but is not limited to:

your device data and how you interact with our Services (e.g., IP address, browser type, and unique device identifier).
details of any transactions you carry out through our Services.
information that you provide through registering and subscribing to our Services and its services platform.

Plain Sight collects this information even when you are not using our Services if enabled through your settings or mobile device permissions.

Information from Other Sources. We receive information about you if you use any other websites affiliated with Plain Sight or from the information you post on or submit through our Services. Plain Sight also receives your information from third-party marketing companies that we use to provide you with information concerning our products, service offerings, and other information. Data we receive from other sources may be combined with the information you provide us and may be used or shared for the following purposes stated below.
You may provide information such as biographical details for display through our Services that may be viewed by other users of our Services or you may also choose to communicate directly with other users of our Services (collectively "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others solely at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information Automatically Collected via our Services. When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain technical information from your device, such as the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the internet, time zone setting, operating system and platform, and other data about your use of our Services.

Promotional materials may include newsletters or other information regarding Plain Sight contests, events, and/or products. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under 16. The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) provides European Economic Area ("EEA") individuals with additional rights regarding our use of your personal data as defined under the GDPR. The following sections provide additional information regarding Plain Sight’s use of EEA individuals’ personal data and EEA individuals’ rights under the GDPR.

You are not required to provide any personal data to Plain Sight. If you use our Services or products, you are required to provide certain personal data to enable us to perform our obligations. During any required registration for our services or products, you will be provided with information regarding which data elements are required.
Your Rights
